Grading it from LOUSY to MEDIOCRE to PRETTY GOOD to EXCELLENT what kind of public transportation does your country provide?

I've never used the public transportation ... since it's never serviced where I need to go to/from.

But Portland, Oregon's Metro is a "love it or hate it" system.
While their light rail is relatively new and clean ... it is also expensive to build (over $5million per mile) and a known transporter of crime.
One police district actually threatened to quit, if the Metro light rail was expanded to their area because of the crime it would bring.
I would recommend only the adventurous use it after dusk.  Or the well-armed.
