I expect suing for divorce is the most common type of lawsuit. Other than that have you ever sued or been sued? Did you win/lose?

Is there ever a DRAW in a lawsuit or is it always and forever WINNER/LOSER?

I think lawsuits from traffic accidents or bad debts would be the most common.

I have been involved in several traffic accident lawsuits, and one with a credit card processor. I won them all.

I think I'm gonna Google that m2c. Not that I disbelieve you but there are zillions of "frivolous" lawsuits that get thrown out of court. Not that yours were in that category. But isn't there a statistic tht says 50% of the people have been divorced? D'ya think 50% of people have been involved in lawsuits? Glad you won the ones in which you were involved. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday to thy! :)

Traffic accidents I think would be more. Marriage and divorce take time. A car wreck can happen anytime.

Rosie, that's 50% of married people - not all people are married. :)

I know L. Wasn't that implied in the question? How can you sue for divorce unless you're married? Thank you for your reply L.
