what are some things that make you cringe when people say them

Yesterday, my boss who has been in Vegas for a week was being an a$$ to everyone and trying to micro-manage people that take care of his business day in and day out without him and his nonsense.

He snapped at me and I told him he should be happy. He said, "I am happy, I'm happier than a skinhead watching the Jeffersons".

I just looked at him as the pile of dog crap that he is. I really didn't know what to say. I walked away in disgust. Feking a hole. 

People who when publicly introducing someone or something say "and now without further adieu...".  .

People who say:

"I would have went" instead of "I would have gone."
"I seen" instead of "I saw."

People who don't know when to use "their," "they're" and "there."
People who use apostrophes improperly.

If it saves just one life

Think about the children

Classified car ads that say, "Runs good."  Who ever is selling don't talk so good.
People who start too many sentences with, "Basically" or say
"It is what it is."  or "going forward," when talking about the future.
