That would be a great way to get rid of people of color! The rich would lie their way out of it just a the sb prez did. The rest would serve and some would die. Good riddance right? The House Majority Dems would never go for it but then he will do an end-run around them because well he is the law of the land. Bet you can hardly wait to watch what happens.
