    Probably because he doesn't want to get subpoenaed and face a $25,000 fine if he doesn't show.

    Just learned that as a CITIZEN donjohnjr is independent of daddy dearest  who cannot assert executive privilege over him! HAH! Isn't that swell L? I asked the question before I learned of that! NIFTY! Thank you for your reply L and Happy Wednesday! :)

    He can also assert it for those in his employ. So that would cover Ivanka and Jared. But I guess donjohnjr never had a role to play legally. I guess we'll find out. Thank you for your reply L! :)
