    If I were serious about it ... I'd hire mercenaries to kill every despot who is keeping their people from getting international aid.
    Let's face it, we have been sending aide to some countries for decades and the people are still starving because of their leaders.

    If we had to do away with all American politicians who were responsible for Americans starving ... we would have to get rid of anyone who has been in Congress for more than 1 term.
