    Think of it like dimples on a golf ball.  It helps with the drag on the truck.

    This is a funny guess and I'm sure not right.  But, it did make you think for a millisecond to make sure I am not right.

    I know there are big trucks that are refrigerated.  I just have never seen anything that looks like this.

    These did not look professional...very DYI. Only  thing missing is a little duct tape around the edges.
