You can, but I'll pass. I'm diabetic and try to eat very little bread and starchy carbs

No need. I stand behind everything I say. Otherwise, I wouldn't say it.

Like Donald Trump, you have nothing to apologize for.  I get it.

Why would you compare us? Except for being a fellow New Yorker, I'm no more like him than you are. This post was edited by Stu Spelling Bee at May 26, 2019 11:46 PM MDT

It is 2:35 PM here and I've just had lunch - an egg salad and tomato sandwich on rye bread.  For breakfast, I had Kellogg's cold cereal.

They make two cereals called Nourish - one has whole grain flakes with almonds, cranberries and coconut and the other has whole grain flakes with apples, raspberries and almonds.  I mix those two with a box of multigrain Cheerios and have a delicious breakfast cereal.

That sounds like something from Food Network.  I love it.  And if you have that much, it lasts three times longer.  Good one.

No joke. I work across the parking lot from Fry's Grocery Store.  I can get all that there and leave it for everyone at work.  We would devour that stuff and it doesn't go bad.  That is the real lure, that and the flavors you described.  I'm getting some.

They were making one with peaches, but I don't see it any longer.  I did try it but I didn't care for it.

  • I'm about to have egg salad on sourdough for lunch, with tomatoes and muenster cheese.

    We're practically twins!

The three cereals I mentioned above have no cholesterol and less than 1% when milk is added.
