I want to write a song titled "I Want to Build a Town on a Flood Plain.".

I'm thinking it could be sung to the tune of the Green Acers theme song something like - I want to build a town in a flood plain - gummy boot living is the life for me - dykes spreading out so far and wide - keep the dry land and give me the soggy kind. (second verse by a female singer) Above sea level is were I'd rather be - I get  allergic smelling soggy hay - I adore a land lovers view darling I love you but give me a desert view. (third verse sung by both singers) You are my wife - goodbye dry life - flood plain town we are there. Cheers!
