    If it was intentionally said, perhaps.  Usually we call a person a "nasty" if they make a habit out of being nasty (meaning not an isolated instance).

    Thank you for your reply Shuhak. Do you use that word? In what context if you do? I think I've used in the context of food. "That tastes nasty". I cannot recall ever uysing it in any other way. The sb prez has used to in reference to women. Never a man. I wonder why? I'm gonna ask. Happy Tuesday!  :)

    I use it when referring to messes my cats make (especially if I accidentally step in it).
