    Yup.  Why, he's so important that they started celebrating Donald Day 3 years before he was born!

    Good One Shuhak!  I didn't bother to figger out the math but you came through very niftily to justify it for me which I appreciate BIGLY! It was proclaimed ordained predicted years in advance he would be born and so they began the celebrations at that time! He'd like it. SIGH. Thank you for your reply m'dear! :)
