The last time you were in a vehicle along with just one other person whom you didn't know very well, who was driving and who was passenger?

A. I was driving; it's my car.
B. The stranger was driving; I had hired a ride.
C. It's kind of difficult for me to drive from the back seat while handcuffed behind my back, shackled at the ankles and a thick metal cage separating me from the police officer, Randy. (By the way, I'll need bail money again.)
D. It's complicated.
E. We were parked, it was late at night, the scene was secluded, the windows were all steamed up, neither of us were driving . . .
F. You can't pin a thing on me, and I'm not answering any more question without a lawyer here, ya filthy copper.
G. No one saw me, right?  I mean, there are no witnesses who can place me there, I'm sure of it.
H. None of the above/other answer.

    B. and E.
You might think they countradict eachother and you might be right.
On the other hand, you might be wrong.  Is that possible?  How did that happen?
    One will never know. ;):)
