Why even bother to heat the iron up if you are not going to strike while it's hot? Do any of you know why the Dems are DRAGGING THEIR FEET?

This is my opinion only for what it's worth.  The main reason the Dems are dragging their feet is that they have no clear or real leadership at the top. They stand for nothing. Unless of course you count standing against President Trump as actually standing for something. They complain and moan about what President Trump has done and is doing yet they have no ideas or plans of their own to bring to the table that would affect our nation in a positive manner. The destructive socialist/communist dictatorship of the Democratic party will bring about its own demise so you can expect more of the same from a once stalwart political party that actually stood for freedom, loved and obeyed the Constitution and loved and cared for this nation. :)
