The "birther movement" had "Grand Wizards"????
No they did not....that was Dem Sen Robert Byrd who was a Grand Wizard of a different movement... who Hillary said she had learned so much from and had so much respect for who was her "personal friend and mentor".
Actually it was Hillary's 2008 campaign that questioned Obama's citizenship (i.e. was he born in the US) and his faith. They are the ones who put the 'bee in the bonnet' of the right.
So you equate questioning Obama's birthplace as an insult to all black people. That is pretty stupid.
Senator Robert Byrd was never Grand Wizard in the KKK..... In 1946, he wrote, when apologizing for his Klan membership, " Be sure to avoid the KKK, don't get that albatross around your neck ."
Fair enough I canot find where I thought I read Byrd was a Wizard...but he did filibuster the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and oppose the Voting Rights Act of 1965, and Byrd voted against both black nominees to the Supreme Court, Thurgood Marshall and Clarence Thomas.
Yep Hillary was the first birther.
??
Look at the choice we are given for a president, and ponder the incredible energy of people acting like there's something important about the choice. There just isn't any measure for that kind of stupid. It's religious: the country is possessed by a spirit of stupid.
