I sure don't know Walt. That came out of left field and being part of the discussion floors me. I was hoping someone would know what the he** Bern is talking about. Sex therapists? Prostitutes? Makes sense to decriminalize, prostitution in USA so hookers can pay for condoms, lube etc necessary to do their job and have some extra cash to give for their pimps.
Prostitution has been legal (with certain conditions) in many countries already where they are not embedded with any religious 'moral majority' kind of thing.

Yikes Kg! Shows ya what I know about Pimps! So they should not be leglized unless they can be moralized? That is why can't a Pimp act like an Agent getting his client work for a percentage? Of course it must include consent of the client but what's the diff if you pimp your client for sex or a movie? Thank you for your reply m'dear! :)
A pmp could provide protection for his girls from unruly customers if he puts himself in position to select the persons who are interested in having a lady and make a reasonable agreement in sharing the profits.
The pimp could act as an agent for her if she wants work in porn industry to help ensure she gets paid reasonably. Some of those porn people like to trick women into working free to 'see how good they are'' and also having the guys actually pay large bucks to have sex to demonstrate their performance with the girls. Then they never get any work.
Doesn't Bern have anything ELSE to talk about? This is just not the TOPIC that is going to make him crowd-friendly. You see what I'm saying?
I guess it spins out of the abortion issue, which lends to the sex issue which lends to this. This is not a good topic for any Progressive to blab about. This scares people. They think we are Amsterdam. But you know what? They have very little crime regarding hookers and drugs. That is for sure.
