Assuming consent of the client what's the diff between a Talent Agent and a Pimp?

Prior to the rise of Hollywood ... actors (and actresses) were viewed by society as barely a step above prostitutes.
It's funny, when you think about it.  People would go to see the entertainment, but "polite society" would shun "those people".

It is a LOT harder to define what a PIMP does as having any integrity.  He is selling someone.  I guess if you are a pimpette or pimp in the upper eschelons of society, you can have a better status and even have some respectability.   I mean if you are procuring women for a rich man who treats them well and has a lot of respect for the woman, then I guess that PIMP is elevated to a more respected status.

There is really no harm done, except maybe on some legal front.  But nothing terrible.  PIMPS are generally not called pimps when they work for the rich and are rich themselves.  

Now, back to the REAL PIMPS.  The ones who sell women, many underage, on the streets and beat them if they don't hand over their hard-earned money.  That kind of pimp is the one that is the most famous.  Those pimps are not talent agents in any respect.

Now back to talent agents.  They are as good as the talent they represent.  What type of agent are we talking about?  Trump?  He is the agent of ALL AGENTS as he will tell you.  He has only the best people.  Like a true sociopath, he knows how to sniff out the weak and vulnerable and make them his beotches.

But he is also a PIMP and he also has been pimped himself by the best of them.   I stand corrected.  It takes NO talent whatsoever to pimp Trump.  The biggest idiots alive have done so.
