Have you ever used Ghee instead of butter? Is it better?

    Yes, but not from a jar.  It is simply butterfat.  The water and solids are removed.  You can clarify butter easily; no need to buy it in a jar.

    Isn't it Clarified butter?
    good to use for cooking
    but not so good to spread on your toast. haha
    ...I don't use it or any butter products.
    But with Indian food it is what is used in cooking.

    Yes, I use it because I am lactose-intolerant. It's still butter, but with the milk fats removed. The taste depends on the butter used to make it.
