I think it is an EXCELLENT indicator of not doing things half-a**ed. Beginning middling and finishing what you started.
What employer wants folks who start lotsa stuff but never get to the finish line? Having a degree achieved HONESTLY and HONORABLY means you are dependable and bankable. Now are there exceptions? Of course there are. I'm just saying that character can often be determined by achievement. Right?.
