Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» You are granted a ONE-TIME-ONLY DO-OVER! Do you accept/reject? If you accept do you repeat exactly what you did before or change it? How?
I mean, sure, we think it would be great to have the opportunity to "do over" ... but what if your "better" choice leads to you being worse off?
Now, if I could review the alternate time line to see where that "do over" choice would ultimately lead in comparison to my current life ... I would more seriously consider a "do over".
Excellent point! Well we'd take it in a heartbeat. No hesitation. There is only one thing we did that we would not do again. It seems innocuous and unimportant but it changed the course of our lives. What we did that we (Jim and me) would not do is attend a wedding. Now on the face of it you'd think "what on earth could have been so awful about attending a wedding?" I won't tell you the details but suffice it to say had we not been there certain things would not have been said/heard which required reacting to. It was May 9, 2010 but who remembers? It started off fine and ended up to be a nightmare. We had no idea what awaited us. SIGH. Thank you for your reply Walt! :)
