I dunno. D'ya think Joe needs "the hook"? Is he going to overstay his welcome and have to get yanked off the stage before he will leave?

In the olden days of Vaudeville when an act was dying/laying an egg a large pole with hook attached would be seen pulling someone off stage who was too dense to realize he'd better get off before they started throwing eggs and booing. Joe Biden? Bernie Sanders? I dunno. Whatcha think? Why ?

I have to admit that I was very disappointed in Biden's performance in the debate.  He often seemed at a loss for words and his response to Kamala Harris over the busing issue was terrible.  He would have been much better off just apologizing for his stance back then and how it affected her than trying to explain it away.  There was a time when I would have backed him 100%, but now I'm not sure I would do that unless he is the official Democratic candidate.

Well as you know as a Californian I'm a Kamala Harris Gal. Voted for her for attorney general and Senator. If she is the candidate I will certainly be proud to vote for her for president. I don't want any old white men. The sb prez cured me of that. I liked Mayor  Pete but others are coming forward. I was never a Bernie fan. So I'll wait and see if someone can top Kamala. Biden blew it. I agree he should have apologized for that but chose instead to fumble bumble stumble. Not a good sign of how he would do on the world stage with foreign leaders and foreign agendas. Thank you for your reply!  :)

I think kamala Harris is a very smart and savvy lady and could see myself voting for her.  I thought Pete Buttigieg did well, but i think he needs a little more seasoning.  Running a city as Mayor is a good start, but I'd like to see him with a bit more experience as president.  He is probably the type of person who we should be looking at as he seems to have a calm and reasonableness about him.  I just don't see him being able to beat out Trump.  Kamala Harris is one who could go toe-to-toe with Trump on a debate stage.  I doubt she'd take any crap from him.

Every Dem (almost) that is running would do a great job in service to anyone up there who actually wins.

They are interchangeable, because we are all on the same page and we work together.  We are not afraid of TRUMP.  We are banded together because we appreciate the job each one is capable of.  I AGREE.  We could have a brand new world which is simply really showing appreciation for what we had before and realizing how precious it all is and realizing how close we are coming to losing EVERYTHNG we treasure.

    God help us, Spink.

Many of them have the same ideas, but some are a little too far left for my taste.  Yeng wants to give everyone 18 and over $1000 a month.  Why should I go to work t give money to someone who will probably sit on their bottom and do nothing.  Why would they want to do better for themselves if I'm willing to underwrite their income?  Similarly, why would I want to give $1,000 a month to people who have more than enough money for two lifetimes?

I think Biden has a lot of style and grace.  He will NEVER try and dissuade the American public by dividing them.  If they want someone else, I think he will bow out and support whomever because this is NO time for petty grievances.  THIS IS NO TIME TO WORRY WHAT YOUR FUTURE JOB IS.
This is the time to GET TRUMP OUT.  PERIOD.  WHATEVER THAT TAKES WE NEED TO DO.  PERIOD.  OUR FUTURES DEPEND ON IT.

The fix is in and the 2020 election  will be rigged again. Biglier and betterer because the lapdog puppet sb prez has given permission to all who wish to invade and affect our election system. We have no justice system left. The Supremes are mostly owned by the lapdog puppet sb prez. So right now it doesn't look so good. Meanwhile all red state governors are stacking the deck doing whatever they can to make sure their states support the lapdog puppet sb prez. By hook or by crook. Who is going to stop them? See the problem? Thank you for your reply. So we wait and see if the sleepyheads will will wake up, smell the roses and DO SOMETHING to change what appears to be a sure thing. I wouldn't bet on anything right now.
