In the strict sense of the word? NOPE. All predators are focused and stealthy. Even the stupid and creepy like wicked Uncle Ernie, the child molester or someone like that. They are hiding to pounce at the right time, which is highly intelligent and speaks of great confidence. Much of it can be misplaced confidence, the person gets caught, but they are predators at heart and they will remain so.
SO? NOPE.
The predators that are cowards go after the weak. Like they are. The predators that are crafty go for bigger prizes.
