If a man rapes just castrate him. Whaddya do with women who rape? That would be a kinda icky tricky sticky wicket wouldn't it?

I'm saying if a person is wrongly convicted ... and blinded ... we could restore their sight when they are later found innocent.

However, even now, we are responsible for taking care of prisoners' disabilities.
So blinding someone would allow them to get disability payments.
Changing laws wouldn't help, as that is due to multiple court rulings.  So it would require a change to the Constitution.

I don't think castration would do much, as it's more about power and control for most serial rapists.
