If you cannot comprehend what is being required of you then you will never reach the desired objective. Do you have to be a genius to do so?

Folks seem to be scatter brained and unable to focus. They ad lib their way through a situation and wonder what went wrong when they blow it.

Could it be too much sugar ingested? Lousy diet? Drugs? Booze? Is it all going to he** in a handbasket?Whatcha think?

    I disagree.
One can stumble upon a desired objective, even if they don't understand what's required.

Sort of like training a dog.
When they reach the point of knowing "sit" and "lie down" ... they will alternate between the two, expecting the promised treat but not fully understanding which you want.

Of course you disagree Walt. I'll see your disagree and go all-in that "stumbling upon" is mindless witless pointless and I betcha rare to non-existent. If you don't comprehend then how would you realize what you "stumbled upon"? You'd have to be able to recognize it wouldn't you? So once again we diasgree.  If you live your life hoping to "stumble upon" I'm guessing it's dam* frustrating and angrifying. I have never "stumbled upon" without falling flat on my arse. Not the worst thing in the world. Thank you for your reply and Happy Thursday.

Many people have an objective/goal without any idea how to get there.
One of the most common examples is most people want to be rich.  But few know how to actually get there.
Most people don't understand the stock market well enough to invest and achieve the goal.
Nor are they able to actually save (based on most Americans being thousands of dollars in debt).

So, how do they "stumble upon" achieving that goal?  By winning the lottery.
