    Dangerous no matter the length.
    They don't have a lot of strength in opening their jaws,
    but their clamp down power is
    probably a trillion times more than a person can handle. 
    ( haha...just guessing) One foot long=take off your finger no problem.
    Two foot lose a handful of fingers. Three foot lose a hand.
    A four footer? haha Definitely stronger than a person...
