Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» Would you rather buy your guns at gunshops with the word ARSENAL or ARMORY in it? How about if they were franchised? Ever wanna own one?
What if trump SANCTIONED them and told you to prove your loyalty by buying all your guns where he told to buy all your guns. Would you obey the trump m2c? I'm gonna ask if others would. Thank you for your reply! :)
There is a slight difference in the definition of "arsenal" vs "armory".
Armory: 1 - a place where weapons are kept. 2 - an array of resources available for a particular purpose.
Arsenal: 1 - a collection of weapons and military equipment stored by a country, person, or group. 2 - a place where weapons and military equipment are stored or made. 3 - an array of resources available for a certain purpose.
So, technically, if the shop had "arsenal" in the name, we would expect them to also make (or repair) weapons. In reality, most dedicated gun shops -no matter their name - have someone who can repair firearms.
It doesn't matter to me where I buy the firearm, as long as it has a warranty and good price.
And yes, I did think about going into that line of work ... even got a gunsmithing certificate. But the government is too "unforgiving" of minor mistakes and the punishments are too harsh. I know one guy who lost his entire life savings and home, because a purchaser didn't spell their name exactly the same on two separate lines of the form (they left out 1 letter the second time they printed it).
