Sunday, July 21 is NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY! YEA! What is/are the most blissful ice cream experiences you ever had?

I had two. GREEN TEA ice cream in a Japanese Restaurant
REAL ITALIAN SPUMONI in an upscale Italian Restaurant.

I've had favorites over the years. For a couple of decades I was hooked on Jamoca Almond Fudge a la 31 Flavors! But for bliss? Green Tea and Spumoni!

Every experience bliss due to ice cream?

Can't say I've ever experienced bliss from ice cream.

I really miss the little "sample sized" ice creams that the local grocery stores used to carry.
I could get a half dozen flavors for the same price as a regular pint of ice cream.
Very good when I couldn't decide on one flavor.  lol

My favorite is either Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ... or Brownie Fudge Chocolate.

"Sample-sized" Walt? In what part of the country do you live? I don't recall "sample-sized" at all. I was born in Michigan. Moved to California when I was 3. Lived in Massachusetts for 5 years. Ate ice cream everywhere but "sample-sized? Vass is dat? I'm  a nut fan. Do either of your current favorites have nuts in them? Ben & Jerry's Pistachio Pistachio is really good. If the chocolate chip cookie dough is loaded with walnuts I'm there! Same with the brownie fudge chocolate. Now the Green Tea ice cream to which I refer was nutless. But the flavor was sublime. I can't compare it to anything I ever tasted. Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday! :)

I live and work in WA and OR.
I used to be able to find them in Safeway (Albertsons) and Fred Meyer (Kroger).
I don't know what the size was actually called, but they each had about 1/4 of a pint of ice cream.
I think they were made by Ben & Jerry's.

I wouldn't mind a Green Tea KitKat ice cream.  Yummm.

We have a little ice cream mystery, happening at work.
My Director brought in a bunch of ice cream treats last week.
One day, I came (usually the first or second to arrive at work) and there was a partially-eaten treat in the freezer.
I mean, there was little more than 2 bites left on it.

This morning, there was 1/2 of it remaining.

Nobody in the office did it, so we think it was the cleaning person.
But WHY would they leave so little of it?
Just eat the whole thing.  Geez.  lol

Well how do you KNOW nobody in the office did it Walt? Because they said so? How many nobodies do you work with? Was anything else ever missing from the office? That is a mystery. Thank you for your reply! :)

    Well ... I know *I* didn't do it.
And the person who may arrive before me has an allergy that would make it obvious if she ate even a bite of ice cream.
Everybody else here arrives and leaves at the same time, so they couldn't have done it in secret.

We did have a similar thing happen with some leftover pizza.
It was like {whomever} took 1 bite a night, until the slice was gone.

We're thinking of putting a camera up.  lol

A rodent by night a homo sap by day. I think a camera is a good idea but you would have to limit those who know about it. Thank you for your reply Walt. Is truth ever an absolute or can it only ever be what you say it is? I'm gonna ask.
