I can believe that the conservative wing of the media believes that their base is stupid enough to believe it. 

A lot of people suffer ill health in old age. A lot of women are lesbians especially in male dominated professions. Whether true or not, it's completely plausible.

If you just said you didn't believe it, I'd accept your opinion. Though because you mock it, I know you're just scared that it is the truth.
