  • The only way to prevent election fraud is to outlaw the Democrat Party. That would be the most efficient and effective way to accomplish it and it's the one I'd support.

    I have not googled to see of the this is exactly what you are talking about. 

    But I know they defeated a bill a little while back that would have basically put control of elections in Federal hands.elections are local and should stay that way.
