    Tear gas and an allergy could result in death.
    A rubber bullet if hit in exactly the wrong place also could result in death.

    But generally No.

    Anything can peirce the skin with enough force behind it. I would assume the firearms are adjusted so as not to have that force.

    I imagine a rubber bullet could easily destroy an eye even if "only" causing a deep bruise elsewhere.
