How many GODLESS countries thrive and survive? The trump is making this a GODLESS country and he is doing it so easily. Did GOD die?

Is that WHY HE allowed a trump to take charge? If GOD were alive wouldn't the world be different than it is today? No FASCIST RACIST EVILDOERS would exist but they do exist and are proliferating are multiplying and getting stronger every day. How is that possible in a world where GOD exists? Anyone?

All the evil the trump perpetrates promulgates perpetuates is legend and legion and his cruelty is increasing as is his daring and doing. How can GOD still exist and let this man continue on?  What is going on?

Dems have tried to make this a Godless country years ago when they removed God from their platform. Also with numerous statements made by Obama.

    Trump is bringing us back.

No, this was a godless country before trump.  And I assure you, God is not dead!

For many years we, as a nation, have sought to remove God from within our borders.  We ban school prayer; we want any reference to Him off our money, out of our country's allegiance pledge; we seek to eradicate any and all monuments that may be associated with Him.  On top of that we proudly flaunt things that He says are detestable and abhorrent  - murder, adultery, homosexaulity, (and more).  Obama made homesexuality constitutionaly legal inthis country, not trump.  Our courts have been corrupting justice - accepting bribes, rendering verdicts based on social status, wealth or skin color, not punishing crimes, (and more)... long before trump was even born.  We've bombed, invaded, and plundered other countries, all based on what we want.. not necessarily on what's best for them or the rest of the world (yet if another country does the exact same thing we quickly condemn them for it).

God allows us the power to make choices.  Unfortunately, many of those choices aren't made on what's best for everyone, but rather on what serves "me" right now.  Every choice we make has a consequence - good, bad, immediate, or delayed.  Sometimes we reap the consequences of choices made by people who died long before we were born.  We must not mistake the consequences of our choices as a sign that God doesn't care or that He doesn't exist.

Thank you for your reply Shuhak. As I have told you before I talk to God daily and have since I was a very little girl. I don't remember a day I didn't. Therefore you know I believe in HIM. However I disagree with much of what you write. I believe GOD IS LOVE. I don't fault you for not being a fan of folks who are LGBTQ. There are many like you. They can't help what they believe I suppose. Different strokes. But I believe that true LOVE is something God would not be angry about in any way. "What the world needs now is love sweet love". It does not limit the targets of that love to man/woman period. I know some folks believe homosexuality is an abomination. In fact I have heard those words out of the mouth of one of them. I do not agree. I think HATE is an abomination. I think LYING is an abomination. I think RAPISTS TORTURERS MURDERERS are an abomination. I think committing TREASON is an abomination. I think being a TRAITOR is an abomination. I think BETRAYING is an abomination. I think our treatment of ASYLUM SEEKERS is an abomination. Japanese Interment camps were an abomination. Hitler was an abomination. The chump trump racist traitor is an abomination. I have never thought love was an abomination. I think RACISM and BIGOTRY are abominations. I think WAR is an abomination. So we differ. It is what it is. Right? This post was edited by RosieG at July 31, 2019 4:29 PM MDT

It's good you have a relationship with God.  Oh that more people had one.

I know God is love.  God loves everyone (equally)  - even if they are LGBTQ, and I try to as well.  However, even though God loves these people He does not approve of their actions (as He states in the bible).  If my child sold heroin, i'd still love him, but I wouldn't approve of his actions.

God may be love, but He hates sin (disobedience, rebellion).  To Him, all sin is an abomination (disgusting, filthy, loathsome) - even if we don't think it is.  The things which you called abominations are abominations to God as well.  Each of them goes against who and what God is - love.  God wants us to be like Him (love Him and love others - His greatest commandments).  Would one rape someone they loved?  Would They murder them?  Would They betray them?  of course not.  In fact, how we treat others is how we treat God (are we not made in His image?).  Would one rape God?  Would One try to murder God?  If they hated Him, yes; but not if they loved Him.

    Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have.
    Love doesn’t strut,
    Doesn’t have a swelled head,
    Doesn’t force itself on others,
    Isn’t always “me first,”
    Doesn’t fly off the handle,
Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,
    Doesn’t revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
    Puts up with anything,
    Trusts God always,
    Always looks for the best,
    Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.

I would state that ALL countries are godless.
People make individual choices whether or not to worship a god, and which god if they do.
The only countries with an "official" god ... the people do not thrive.  They are oppressed.
