I guess we have forgot about all the times Obama blamed Bush. For nearly his entire first term everything was Bush's fault.

(Obama was President between Truman and President Trump)

Obama inherited one of the worst economies from Bush.  He had every right to castigate Bush for what he did.  I dare say there aren't many people who still think invading Iraq was a good move and Afghanistan an even worse one.  However, Obama did get us out of the recession and set the country on good economic footing, which is what Trump inherited.  Trump has spent the past 2.5 years reversing everything Obama did and is now spending like a drunken sailor after castigating Obama for doing the same thing.  Just take a look at what is happening to the small farmers because of Trump's disastrous tariff policies.

Yes the economy was bad. But it was not Bush who signed the bill that deregulated the bank mortgages....that was Bill Clinton. So maybe he should habe blamed him. Between that and NAFTA Clinton hurt this country very bigly.
Yes, President Trump is undoing Pres Obama's damage as well. Manufacturing jobs being added at a rate not seen since 1997.

Of course the economy wasn't at all hurt when the banks and insurance companies that were "too big to fail" were on the brink of extinction.  No, that couldn't possibly be.  And, of course, now the economy is booming because of all the coal mining jobs that have been added.

Where did I say the economy was not hurt from banks etc? I said Clinton signed the law that allowed them to get in that position.
NAFTA sent alot more jobs than just coal mining away. It destoyed my home town as good factory jobs left for Mexico and my family was fored to train their replacements while being told they could not disclose their pay to the Mex workers.

Bush Sr. was the one who bailed out the banks.  If Trump is so concerned about bringing manufacturing back to the U.S., why hasn't he led by example and brought his back?

    No bailouts were Bush Jr.
Clinton deregulated the banks in 1999. Signed NAFTA in 1993.

During his time in office, Bill Clinton passed the North American Free Trade Act (NAFTA) in 1993, allowing for the free movement of goods between Mexico, the United States, and Canada, signed legislation repealing the Glass-Steagall Act, a major plank of Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal banking regulation, and deregulated the trading of derivatives, including credit default swaps, a complicated financial instrument that would play a key role in the 2007-2008 economic crash. In the following signing statements, Clinton offers his support of free trade and deregulation.

"The Bush administration and the Progressive Conservative Prime Minister of Canada Brian Mulroney spearheaded the negotiations of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The agreement would eliminate the majority of tariffs on products that were traded among the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This would encourage trade among the countries. The treaty also restricted patents, copyrights, and trademarks, and outlined the removal of investment restrictions among the three countries.[178] President Bush announced the completion of NAFTA during a White House Rose Garden appearance on August 12, 1992, calling it the "beginning of a new era".[179]

The agreement came under heavy scrutiny amongst mainly Democrats, who charged that NAFTA resulted in a loss of American jobs.[34] NAFTA also contained no provisions for labor rights; according to the Bush administration, the trade agreement would generate economic resources necessary to enable Mexico's government to overcome problems of funding and enforcement of its labor laws. Bush needed a renewal of negotiating authority to move forward with the NAFTA trade talks. Such authority would enable the president to negotiate a trade accord that would be submitted to Congress for a vote, thereby avoiding a situation in which the president would be required to renegotiate with trading partners those parts of an agreement that Congress wished to change.[180] While initial signing was possible during his term, negotiations made slow, but steady, progress. President Clinton would go on to make the passage of NAFTA a priority for his administration, despite its conservative and Republican roots—with the addition of two side agreements—to achieve its passage in 1993.[181]

Yes the Bushes are globalists. I do not want any of them. Bush Sr negotiated it,
Bill signed it and Jr defended it. Clinton was referred to as a another son by Barbara and Sr Bush. Both parties sold the American worker down the river. Establishment needs to go....term limits for all. I am so glad we got Trump otherwise would have had another Clinton or Bush. Same old crap.
