You become dumb(er) by making the wrong choices, hanging out with very very very very bad people, doing very very very very very very very bad things. Such activities never sharpen you up they dull you down.
If you're born dumb you never know what undumb is. If you aren't and become dumb I wonder if you miss whom you used to be PRE dumb?
