What could it hurt? A deterrent you think? I dunno. But we have a right to know WHAT other homo saps are that could threaten/hurt us or those we love. If they try to remove it via plastic surgery or acid they will be imprisoned for life. No parole. No exceptions. All Haters and Pedophiles will be living in a special place walled off so no one can sneak in and no one can ever leave. New additions to that space will be escorted there and left to survive or not.
