Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» Former intelligence agents Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok suing Department of Justice for wrongful firing! Odds they get a FAIR TRIAL?
I like it. They are standing up and OBJECTING to their unfair treatment. Whether they win or lose Sharon THEY STOOD UP THEY SPOKE UP. I admire that bigly. SIGH. Thank you for your reply!
Ladies, they GOTTA do it, I agree. But what I am getting to is how the courts are stacked with Trump judges. And I think that Barr will have the final say. Doesn't he head the thing? Isn't he Trump's hatchet man? Just like McConnell is Trump's Law man?
I'm glad they are doing the suing. ELATED. I don't know what took McCabe so long. I would have SUED the day that miserable piece of work fired me. And Strzok? Getting questioned by that senile moron who accused him of cheating and lying because he cheated on his wife?
That was the most slanderous, illegal psycho move ever. And Congress watched and let it stand?
Sheesh. Another member yelled TAKE YOUR MEDS to the psycho accuser.
So, yes, they need to sue, but they are not going to get too far because EVERYONE IS SUING TRUMP for something. Everyone is suing all of Trump's departments.
If they're suing in Federal Court, I don't know that the case would come before a Trump appointed judge and, even if it did, there's no guaranty the jurors would be Trump supporters. If they have a strong legal argument and a really good attorney, they could win.
P.S. Barr might be attorney general, but I doubt he would actually try the case.

Then, Spunky, everything you are saying I am behind you. But it would go something like this if it is Federal. The jury would vote in favor of McCabe et al (I can never spell the other guy's name)
Then it would be appealed.
Then the Supreme Court? Is that how it would go? I'm not sure. Barr is lurking in the background if it does work this way.
I think it goes from the state's federal district court to the state's Supreme Court then to the state's court of appeals and when those run out, then to the U.S. Supreme Court, assuming they would choose to take the case. I'm pretty sure it would never come before Barr.

It shows integrity. There is never a wrong time or place for doing that in my opinion. Another question is at hand. Thank you for your reply Sharon! :)
The IG (an Obama appointee) is who said they should be fired for lying, leaking and lying about leaking. They should be in jail. That is where any of the rest of us would be.
