Hillary did NOT 'vote for the war'. Read her accompanying comments when voting to give GWB the right to threathen Osama Bin Laden with war if he did not knuckle down and submit to all demands. She very explicitly did not 'vote for a war'.
As for Trump saying "the war was a mistake" I can only agree with him on that, but then it is my impression that most Americans agree with him on that point by now.
Clinton also said last night that the war was a mistake. She also said that we need to look at the facts presented to us more before committing the same mistake again.
As far as I know that is truth. Bernie Sanders was against the war too. Hillary voted for the war many times and her supporters claim she couldn't have known voting for it was a bad thing. It seems Bernie knew, however. Maybe someone as smart as him should be running instead of mistake-prone hillary who doesn't know that voting for war isn't good.
Hillary voted more than once for more than 1 war. She tries to pass it off as she didn't know the consequences and couldn't have. If so then why did Bernie know enough to vote "no"? I remember that even republican Ron Paul knew enough to vote no because a vote for war is a vote for war.
The mistake that should not be made once again is to put hillary in a position of power. She is either pro-war or stupid.
Thank you for your reply JakobA and Happy Friday.

I wonder when/if push comes to shove we will look at the facts presented to us or make the same mistake again? When you're in the midst of something the view is very different than when you looking back at it from a distance. Thank you for your reply Al and Happy Friday! :)
