No sarcasm here. Only a sincere question. If he were your dad or spouse or very close friend would you sit idly by and watch his demise?

The "he" to whom I refer of course is Donald John Trump.

I know he never listens to anyone. I know he says he will do things and then changes his mind. I know he blows up at those who disagree with him. I know all of that. Even so.

Assuming you did not endorse or support some of things he does or says how far would you go to let him know? Would you be afraid of his anger as so many are or would you feel an obligation to give him HONEST feedback repeatedly? Every time he said/did something you thought was untoward would you say so or stifle it?

I just can't see me quietly smiling adoringly and remaining silent if inside I am grieving and seething. What about you?

    I could never have a close relationship with someone like Trump, even if he was my father.  I don't have any desire to be around pig-headed people who think the sun rises and sets with them.

    Honestly L I have no idea whom I would be today if Donald John Trump had been my dad. I would like to think I would remove myself from his life but I can't know what his genes or growing up having him control my life would cause me to be? I'd like to think I wouldn't smile agree and roll over quietly but I wouldn't have the DNA I have so maybe I'd be just like Ivanka. God forbid but it's entirely possible. Thank you for your reply ! :)

    Well, that's true, but I know myself and I believe I would have divorced  myself from someone that toxic.
