It has been alleged that the Syrian government dropped chlorine bombs on the citizens of Aleppo! Is that like chlorine used in pools? 80 were injured. What damage does full-strength chlorine do?

I googled it to find an article about the attack, and interestingly enough the news article actually described what chlorine does when used in a chemical attack.  Good thing I didn't just read the headline and head on over to AM.
