    I prefer to neither facilitate nor obstruct.
    I prefer to listen to the arguments ... and if only one side is presented, to show the other (even if I don't agree with it).

    I agree with thee Addb. You do. I think devil's advocates block. Those who divert distract block. All "what about so and so?" block. Those who converse straight on about what's going on facilitate. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday to thee! :)

  • I want to do either as appropriate. There are times that diplomacy and some compromise is needful, but not always. there are issues on which I'd never yield or compromise and I'd go out of my way to block and hinder the opposition. That's the nature of life and it's the way principled people approach it.
