The second sentence is false. If employees want to unionize, there's really no way for a business owner to prevent it.
as an aside ... many times people claiming someone is "anti-union" is due to the person wanting employees to have a choice. A person should not be forced to join a union, just because it's a "union shop". (Which, the SCOTUS recognizes as a "right of association" - but only for state workers, so far.)
