    I don't.

I don't support limiting gun rights on mental health grounds either.

It is a case where the appeals court ruled that federal marijuana law overrides that of the state. Federal says illegal, state says legal. In other cases where federal authority tries to override locales, like Obama's drive to bring all local police forces under federal control, you are all for it.

    Hello again,

Thanks.  Since the 5th Amendment says a person is NOT required to be a witness against himself, and if signing up for a card CAUSES rights to be TAKEN away, like a GUILTY persons rights are taken away, would a person be allowed to REFUSE to sign up for a card, yet LEGALLY be allowed to possess medical marijuana?

    Hello again, RR:

Wait, there's more..  Since the medical marijuana list is going to be provided to the state GUN licensing authority, why wouldn't one assume that the list will be turned over to the DEA as well??  Wouldn't that be a FURTHER reason NOT to sign up???

One of the main arguments against universal background checks is this very point, national databases are unconstitutional. jmo
