I would imagine it was not what she said, but that she divulged something told to her in confidence. While she was supposed to be off the record, the journalists with whom she was having dinner did not honor their commitment, but she should have known not to have too much to drink while in their presence. It showed poor judgment on her part to tell them private things Trump said to her.
I thought it was just her opinion. That she said she thought Tiffany should lose some weight before she had any photos taken with her dad (who is obese for goodness sakes!). You look at someone and can see what he/she looks like. Fat to some is very sexy to others. It's just an opinion. She didn't say Tiffany was mentally slow or uninteresting or flighty. That would have been a betrayal and very unkind. I dunno L it just seemed an odd reason to fire someone. I do understand your point. Drinking too much in the presence of anyone but good friends is chancy...especially with journalists. I would not have fired her. Like the cop who gives a warning instead of a ticket. I just would have asked the gatekeeper to think before she speaks when "outsiders" are present. Thank you for your reply and Happy Labor Day! Got any special plans?

No, it wasn't her opinion, it was Trump's opinion and she was repeating it. She may also have said something about Ivanka, but I don't know what. I guess he felt that he could no longer trust her with things he said to her in confidence so she had to go. No, plans for me. It's raining so there's no outdoor activities to attend. Traffic will be a nightmare, so I'm staying off the roads. :) Happy Labor Day to you and Jim.
Wow! Even way worse. I cannot imagine criticizing his daughter like that to anyone. Obvoiusly Tiffany is not daddy's little girl. That would be very hurtful I think but then I think chump doesn't know any better. Thank you for your reply L and Happy Tuesday! :)
I wouldn't be surprised of Marla Maples has purposely kept Tiffany away from her father. She's like the red-headed foster child. She is also the least attractive and I think that could also play a part in Trump's indifference to her. Trump doesn't seem like the doting father in general. Happy Tuesday. :)
He has the "hots" for Ivanka I think. When Tiffany was born chump was interviewed by Howard Stern I think and was asked what he thought having another daughrer. He mentioned thsy Marla has nice breasts and hoped the daughter would have the same. I am not kidding. So he is not a decent man let alone a doting father. Pig man jacka** dumbhead jerk. On another Howard Stern show Ivanka was with him and he made some salacious comments about her with her sitting right there beside him. I don't remember what they were but she gently chided him. I have no idea what kind of woman she is that would tolerate that kind of indecent remark from her father. Suffice it to say both Howard and chump chuckled.
