Are Joe Biden's "gaffes" something more serious? Shouldn't he be evaluated by a cognitive specialist to rule out dementia or worse?

The worse would be a brain tumor.

    I sure hope so. In his last years Ronald Reagan repeated lines from scripts of movies in which he'd acted and didn't realize it. But he had Alzheimer's so it wasn't his fault. What is going on with Biden? I have no idea but I don't want another mentally disabled president. The one we have currently has done more damage than we can afford. Thank you for your reply! :)

    He has always made these type of gaffes. Are they getting worse? I do not know. I know they are getting more coverage.
