A smart phone is pretty much any phone that offers features beyond calls and texts, but I think most would limit the definition to any phone that works like a computer.
An iPhone is the smartphone put out by Apple. Unless Apple has started some shenanigans I'm not privy to, nobody calls them "Apple phones." They're just "iPhones."
