    No electronics at the dinner table. I started it when a friend brought his big brick of a cellular mobile phone  to the table in my dining room.  He acted offended when I told him to leave it in the living room and I told him he might as well take it on out to his car.  He didn't realize it was an honor to be at my table with my family.
