How do you do that, aka screen capture and post

I cheated and used a photo editor to block out my finance apps, but it can be done semi-direct.

On Apple device:
1. Take a screenshot using home button and power key.
2. Tap image on lower left, click "done" and click "save to photos.
3. On answerMug, go to text box and click "Upload."
4. Select "choose file." 
5. Find image on camera roll and select it. Image should embed in post.
