He should CONGRATULATE Boris Johnson current PM of the U.K. for his resounding defeat/humiliation. His own party members voted with the other side to defeat him. First day on the job and he is stomped crushed ridiculed. That is certainly worthy of congratulation for the steadfastjacka** since he is an intimate knower of what it's like to be defeated and ridiculed.
The BAHAMAS should be congratulated for being a GREAT country! Well what's left of it. Most of it is under water. But tragedy never deters the steadfast jacka** from giving congrats wherever he thinks they are deserved. I say congrats to him for being so brilliant prescient caring thoughtful honorable.
