Does your ANGER/FURY flare up very quickly and fade just as fast or is yours the kind that takes a very long time to start?

And when it starts it bursts into a huge conflagration that lasts and last and lasts and lasts?.

In my case, it's instant but fades very slowly.

That must be very hard on you Zack. Me? I'm instant on and instant off. Anger takes too much out of me so I get rid of as quickly as I can and move on lighter because I toss out whatever I can in addition to that anger that will slow me down. Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)

I hate to admit it, but I have a "bit of a temper".  Usually, I can let things slide (very patient), but if provoked enough, I "explode" (never violently).   It may take hours or even days to get me to that point.  When it does happen, it takes a bit of time before it "goes away".  However, I will not allow it to remain into another day.

I have some tolerance for something that makes me angry, but after a while, I will blow up.  I have learned to curb what I say in those times because I hate having to eat my words later, but if it's someone I don't like to begin with, I will go full Rambo and not care a whit.  Someone like that makes me hold a grudge for a long time.
