No blunder. Taliban killed Americans recently....so how do you negotiate peace with that? He did the correct thing and said Bye Bue. Personally I would not have talked to them to start. You can not trust a terrorist.

I also would not talk to Iran for the same reason....you cannot trust a terrorist. But Obama did and was not smart enough to walk away from a bad deal.

Obama has NOTHING. DO YOU HEAR THIS? NO THING to do with Trump taking a meeting NOR with the state of affairs of the Taliban and TRUMP today. NO THING. PERIOD.

I did say Obama had to do anything with the Taliban talks. Obama talked to Iran and gave them a bad deal (great for them guaranteed them nuclear weapon in 10 yrs) Obama should have walked away from that deal....
I watched. I watched until I got nauseated and turned the channel. The gist of it seemed to be that Pompeo was backpeddling and re-writing the reasons for the meeting.
He ignored the chief reason we are asking him at all. WHY DID THIS DOTARD FEEL IT WAS NECESSARY FOR HIM TO TALK IN SECRET TO THE TALIBAN IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Was he afraid that the world would watch with utter horror again like they did when he defended Putin hacking American votes?
OR WORSE? What is he offering the TALIBAN? How can he make the Taliban make TRUMP look GOOD?
Like the Taliban is not ON to Trump. They are actually military strategists and their leader has not ditched the army for bone spurs and stole the election. He TOOK the election and killed any opposers.
Trump has NO business meeting with any terrorist operation for ANY reason ever. ESPECIALLY on US soil.
Here's my theory Sharon. Remember how President Obama announced the capture of Osama Bin Laden? I think the steadfast jacka** wanted to something similar and be a hero. Of course he isn't made of hero stuff so once again he screwed it up. His adoring worshippers only believe what he tells them to believe. I cannot imagine living that kind of life. I do kinda pity them in an offhand sort of way. Thank you for your reply. Every day we bite into the chocolates and never know when one of the will EXPLODE! :(
