Discussion»Questions»Politics» For Today, PLEASE cease ALL partisan politics and Remember the Day the US came together as one people on 9/11. THANK YOU
It's a nice sentiment ... but the only thing we agreed on even then, was that it was a terrible thing. We were divided over how we should respond - and some even thought we "deserved it", due to our government's prior actions.
I remember 911 differently. I remember a President not much different than the one we have now. I remember that PIG hiding and pretending he had NOTHING to do with this.
THAT'S what I remember.
I remember this BIG PRO BUSH MOVEMENT and HATING Bin Ladden.
The Bush's were in BED with the Bin Laddens. Bush tried to make this all about Saddam Hussein because he was friendly with the Bin Laddens.
That is what I REMEMBER.
I remember that BUSH was the precursor to the MORON IN CHARGE and the NATION got behind BUSH when BUSH was the WORST president we ever had besides this THING that STOLE THE PRESIDENCY.
THAT IS WHAT I REMEMBER. I remember not being able to say a WORD in ARIZONA against BUSH because they were putting people in JAIL down here for that kind of thing.
THAT IS WHAT I REMEMBER.

You know this is not about you. It is about the fake patriotism we all think is necessary to prove we care about each other.
I'm sorry. It is not a reflection of you of all people. I know what you want to do by this. I know you want to remember love and peace and brotherhood. To me, 911 was not a memory of America uniting and harmony restored.
It was the beginning of DIVISION. MUSLIMS ARE BAD. US AGAINST THEM. AND it HAS NEVER STOPPED>
Americans are ignoramuses and lazy and will do anything they can to ignore all the problems in the world as long as they can hide and keep their cushy lives. The minute someone drops a bomb they FREAK out. HOW DARE THEY?
HOW DARE THEY? They dare because we have leaders that are WEAK AND STUPID AND LIARS. That is why they dare and we are too lazy to get off our rear ends and vote for what matters.
