    It is Sunday.  Get on knees and thank the Lord that you are able to afford to do just that.  The hassle is shopping for the stuff.   But at least you can afford to buy them

    I have never, myself, nor have I allowed my children, to wear new clothing prior to it being washed/ironed.  Everything textile I buy gets washed prior to use...clothes, curtains, sheets, towels, throw rugs, etc.
